I've been buying memory foam products from Memory foam Australia for over 4 years, starting with the contoured pillows when they first came out. Memory foam Australia's prices and the quality of the product soon had me buying and taking orders for family, friends and work colleagues. I've lost count of how many pillows I've bought from them over the years, every one of them was a great buy.

Their customer service is prompt and personal, and they often checks up to ensure goods have been delivered properly. In addition to the pillows, I've bought a mattress and bed toppers, all of which are excellent quality, but at a massive discount price to the retailers.

There are a lot of cheap and shoddy memory foam products out there at similar budget prices, but Memory foam Australia maintains a high quality of product while keeping prices low. I guess they understands people don't want to spend a single cent on a crappy product no matter what the deal. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get memory foam products, and I often have.

One warning though, once you sleep on a contoured memory foam pillow, you'll never want to go back. I carried one of mine for 3 months through all of Africa and got a great night's sleep every night.

I cannot believe the difference Memory foam Australia's memory foam products have made to my quality of life. I have had fibromyalgia for 15 years. My muscles ache constantly and I could never get a good night's sleep. I looked at a major brand's products but they were just too expensive, I then found Memory foam Australia. I explained my situation to the team at Memory foam Australia and what a result! Not only did the seller research fibromyalgia, he tried all the different products to see what he thought was suitable for me.

A memory foam mattress topper combined with a memory foam pillow provided me with a good night's sleep, no tossing and turning all night, and I would wake up with no leg, hip or shoulder pain. I have since progressed to a combo deluxe mattress, which again was physically tested by the seller, as I needed a new mattress. My topper is now used by a friend who has also discovered a better night's sleep. I have bought other products from Memory foam Australia and they have all proven their worth. I cannot recommend highly enough the memory foam products that I have purchased from Memory foam Australia. The products are affordable and of the highest quality. And the service is excellent. My wife and I are quite different in size and weight. She weighs about 55kgs and I weigh almost 90kg. We had a mattress that was just right for her but was too soft for me. We changed over to a firmer mattress that turned out to be okay for me but it was just too firm for her. It was a no win situation.

Before going for the expensive new bed/dual mattress option and throwing out our current bed and new mattress, I decided to try your memory foam mattress as it was only a fraction of the cost of the dual mattress option above.

After a couple of nights acclimatization, I have to say that both of us are now sleeping soundly every night with no more back pains. It is quite amazing how this one memory foam mattress is able to accommodate both our different requirements so well. Both of us are very happy with it.

I wanted to contact you to let you know of my experience buying a mattress from you. Whenever buying something over the Internet you don't really know what you're going to get.  I understand you have a shop location in Sydney but with a busy family schedule I never got to visit and decide to take the plunge online.  It was a great experience.  I ordered a single memory foam mattress on a NSW Monday public holiday and had the mattress in my home on Thursday.  Outstanding.  I couldn't believe it was delivered so fast.  After not being 100% sure what I would get with that mattress I was very happy and ordered another.  (Two children, two mattresses.)  The second was even easier to arrange because we had done business before.  I think you really value your customers and go a long way to make them happy. That was my experience and I expect it is just the way you do business.

I should also make a point about your packaging.  When I received the mattress I was wondering if there was a mistake.  How could a full size (single) mattress be so small?  I've heard of vacuum packing, but this was amazing.  Almost worth the price just to open it and see it unfold and expand to a regular size (and thickness) mattress.  If I had known what would happen it's something I would have videotaped!  (In fact, you should make a video of that and put it on your website – and post it on YouTube.) Thanks for a smooth transaction and a great customer experience.  When we are looking for our next mattress I know where to go.

I have bought numerous products from Memory foam Australia as the products are so good!  I first bought a couple of memory foam pillows and was so happy with not only the product but the service I came back and bought a couple more.  I then purchased a memory foam topper for our bed and had the best nights sleep in a long time.  We have since purchased a memory foam mattress and couldn't be happier.  Memory foam Australia was great to deal with was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.  The mattress was delivered, actually all the products, were delivered extremely fast and very well packaged. A couple of years ago I decided to try a memory foam pillow, I bought one from a shop and it cost a fortune and was horrible!! I then found Memory foam Australia and thought I would try again, the prices were a fraction of the retail prices and the pillows were beautiful, I had a great nights sleep. I then purchased a few more as spares and for the kids as they were affordable and great quality.

My next buy was a mattress topper and WOW great price, superfast postage and really well packaged. Best nights sleep ever! then I decided to go the whole way and get the mattress, Memory foam Australia was great, really really helpful and once again the mattress was great quality at a fraction of the price.I would not hesitate to recommend  Memory foam Australia  to anyone. Well done Memory Foam Australia, This is the second mattress topper I have bought from Memory Foam, I had a tried all sorts of toppers from normal foam to sheep's wool with/without magnets. But the Viscoflex foam is by far the best product for comfort I have ever tried. I wake up in the morning with no sore lower back or sore pressure spots on the back of my heals.  I will recommend the products to anyone who wants a great nights sleep.
